Creamy milk pudding topped with strawberry jelly makes this yummy treat. So easy to make, even a beginner can achieve success if the instructions are properly followed. The best part is its presentation. Vibrant red and creamy white would hardly fail to draw one's attention. Get creative with your own ways of garnishing and give your dessert a festive look!

Egg whites of 3 Eggs
Gelatin - 2 1/2 Tbsp
Sugar to taste

Ingredients:
Strawberry Jelly - 1 Pkt
Condensed Milk - 1/2 Can
Fresh Milk - 400 ml
Egg whites of 3 Eggs
Gelatin - 2 1/2 Tbsp
Sugar to taste
A pinch of Salt
Grated white chocolate for garnishing
Method:
1. Prepare the jelly according to package instructions. Reduce the amount of water by half so that the jelly sets firmer. Pour it into buttered dessert cups. (I used disposable plastic cups). Allow to set in the refrigerator.
2. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks are formed. Add two tbsp sugar and beat again until stiff peaks are formed. Set aside.
3. Dissolve gelatin completely in 200 ml milk in microwave or a double boiler.
4. In that, add milk, condensed milk and salt. Mix well. Adjust the sweetness for your taste. Allow that mixture to cool a bit.
5. Now slowly fold in the beaten egg whites into the milk mixture. Do not over mix. It should look like melted ice cream.
6. Pour that over set jelly and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
7. Once the pudding is set, carefully run a knife around the edges and flip the pudding upside down.
8. Garnish with grated white chocolate and fresh strawberries.
Note:
*For a natural strawberry flavor, replace the strawberry jelly with fresh strawberry compote. All you have to do is, get some hulled strawberries and cook on low flame adding some sugar. It should reach a jam-like consistency.
