Ingredients:
Bread Dough:
All Purpose Flour - 2 Cups
Active Dry Yeast - 2 Tsp
Sugar - 2 Tsp
Egg - 1
Full Cream Milk Powder - 2 Tbsp
Warm Water as needed
Salt to taste
Filling:
Ground Beef - 500g
Boiled and Mashed Potatoes - 1 Cup
Chopped Onion & Tomatoes - 1/2 Cup Each
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Chopped Green Chillies - 1 Tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper & Salt to Taste
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Lightly Beaten Egg- 1
Fresh Milk - 3 Tbsp
White Sesame Seeds for garnishing
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned first, to make a soft bread dough. Add water little by little and knead for 10 minutes. Cover with clingfilm and allow to double in size. This may take around 2-3 hours.
2. Cook the filling. Heat oil and saute the onions followed by ginger & garlic paste, tomatoes, green chillies and other spices. Add the ground beef and cook until done. Finally add the mashed potatoes, mix well and remove from heat. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
3. After few hours the dough may have doubled in size. Divide equally to the size of a lemon. Roll one ball and cut a circle. Next follow the steps according the image below.

4. Once done , place them on greased baking tray. Mix egg and milk. Use this to brush the rolls.
5. Sprinkle Sesame seeds on each rolls and bake at 200C until they turn golden brown.
