Orange Glaze

Ingredients:

Fresh Orange Juice - 1/2 Cup
Water - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 3 Tsp
Cornflour - 3 Tsp
A Pinch of Salt

Method:

Mix all the ingredients with no lumps and cook on low flame until it thickens slightly. Let that cool completely before using as glaze. 

*This can be used as glaze for sweet bread rolls and fruit tarts.
