Pineapple Marshmallow Pudding








Ingredients:

Chopped Pineapple Pieces - 1 Cup
Egg Whites - 3
Cream of Tartar (Optional) - 1/4 Tsp
Gelatin - 3 Tbsp
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
Sugar to Taste
Lukewarm Water - 1/2 Cup
Chocolate Shavings (Optional)

Method:

1. Stew the pineapple pieces in low flame adding a tablespoon of sugar.

2. Beat the Egg Whites until soft peaks. Gradually add cream of tartar and sugar. Beat till it reaches stiff peaks. Set aside.

3. Dissolve gelatin in lukewarm water and double boil until the mixture turns clear.

4. Combine dissolved gelatin with sweetened condensed milk and slowly fold in the beaten egg whites.

5. Pour into desired serving dish and add the stewed pineapple chops.

6. Refrigerate until it sets.

7. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top and serve!
