Tri Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

Fresh Strawberries - 1 Cup
Ripen Mango - 1
Banana - 1
Fresh Milk - 1/2 Cup
Sugar to Taste

Method:

Clean and chop the fruits. Blend all the ingredients and serve chilled. 

*As for baby's food, you can reduce/omit the sugar. For babies who have just started on solid food, it is recommended stewing the strawberry and mango chops before blending.
