Ingredients:
Cumin Seeds - 4 Tsp
Fennel Seeds - 2 Tsp
Coriander Seeds - 8 Tbsp
Pepper Corns - 2 Tbsp
Dried Red Chilli to Taste
Curry Leaves, Pandan Leaves(Rampe) - Handful
Cinnamon - Few sticks
Cloves - 1 Tsp
Method:
Dry roast all the ingredients on low flame until the leaves turn dry and easy to crush by fingers. Remove from heat. Cool completely. Grind to a fine powder. Sieve and store in a dry airtight container.
