Caramel Cupcake





Ingredients:

White Chocolate Chips - 150g
Butter - 100g
Fresh Milk - 1/2 Cup
Dark Brown Sugar 100g
Vanilla - 1 Tsp
Eggs -2 
All Purpose Flour 1 1/4 Cups
Baking Powder 1/4 Tsp

Method:

1. Melt the white chocolate chips and butter using double boil method (or in microwave oven).

2. Add milk, brown sugar, vanilla and beaten eggs with the melted butter chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly. 

3. Finally add the flour and baking powder. Fold till everything is incorporated. Do not overmix. 

4. Pour the batter in cupcake liners and bake in the preheated (180C) oven till they are done/the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
