Adany (Spiced Arabic Chai)


Ingredients:

Good Quality Tea - 2 Tsp
Full Cream Milk Powder/Fresh Whole Milk - to Taste
Castor sugar - to Taste
Adany Spice Mix - 1 Tsp

Method:

1. In a saucepan add tea and Adany spice mix along with 3 cups of water and bring to boil.

2. Reduce the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Now brew the tea through a tea strainer/muslin cloth and squeeze out.

4. Add desired amount of milk and sugar and serve hot!
