There's a heap of ways to cook chicken. This version of chicken with cheddar cheese is so easy-to-make but rich in flavor. You can use it as a filling in buns, breads or pastry. Bake some pasta with this chicken and see your taste buds getting tantalized!
1. Combine all the ingredients in the first set, with chopped chicken. Set aside for few minutes.

Ingredients:
Chopped Chicken Breasts - 2 Cups
Finely Chopped Onions - 1/2 Cup
Finely Chopped Tomato - 1/2 Cup
Finely Chopped Greenchilli - 2-3 (or to taste)
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Chilli Powder - to taste
Tomato Paste - 1 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper - to taste

Chopped Spring Onion/leeks - 1/2 Cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves - A handful
Grated Cheddar Cheese - 1 Cup
Oil - 1/2 Tbsp
Butter - 1/2 Tbsp
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in the first set, with chopped chicken. Set aside for few minutes.
2. In a pan heat oil and butter. Add the marinated chicken and cook on low flame until done.
3. When the moisture starts to get thicker, add the chopped spring onions and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for a minute.
4. Lastly add cheese and cook until it is melted. Check the seasoning and turn off the heat.
Notes:
*Be careful when adding salt because there is already saltiness in cheese.
