"Go Green" Salad



Ingredients:

Shredded Lettuce - 1/4 Cup 
Shredded Arugula - 1/4 Cup
Shredded Red Cabbage - 1/4 Cup
Finely Chopped Cucumber - 1/4 Cup
Finely Chopped Tomatoes - 1/4 Cup
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Method:
At the time of serving mix all the ingredients with desired amount of seasoning. You can add 2 Tbsp of Yogurt if preferred.
